The Liberty Area Runners is a social, no cost running group. Runs are between a 8:30-10:00 minute/mile pace. All runners are welcome. As long as the temperature (with windchill) is above zero and no lightening or pouring rain, we will run. We do weekly runs on Wednesday (5:00AM) and Saturday (6:00AM) mornings at various locations.

We will meet at the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church at 5:00AM for a 7.5 mile out-and-back route. Feel free to adjust mileage as needed.
